Toy Drive at Charleston Fun Park

It’s been a while since our last Toy Drive event at the Children’s Museum in January. That event helped us collect hundreds of awesome toys that were given as birthday presents to many foster children across South Carolina.
Since it was so much fun, we’re doing it again! This time the Toy Drive will be at Charleston Fun Park in Mount Pleasant (formerly Blackbeard’s Cove) at 3pm on Sunday, September 25th 2016. The people at Charleston Fun Park have very generously offered to help us try and reach our goal of 500 new toy donations by providing:
- Free Mini-Golf
- Free Inflatables
- Free Face Painting
- Live Children’s music from The Fishmongers
- Door Prizes
Please bring a new, unopened and unwrapped toy/gift to donate. We have a list of toys that are always needed on our Gift Ideas page.
We cannot wait to have a fun family afternoon and we hope all the families enjoy the festivities and the knowledge that they helped make the birthdays of local children in group homes and foster care a lot brighter!
